I will miss Russ as he was always there to bail me out with answers to antenna and tower problems. I have worked with him on Evans projects. He was professional and also light hear-ted. He always had a minute to help others to accomplish their tasks. I will miss the stories that he would share.
There will always be a place in my heart for Russ. He was a leader, mentor, friend, and good person. My memory of him is strong and I remember well. He was patient and persevering.
