The concrete paving industry lost a friend and a partner in the construction of Wisconsin's streets and highways. Jim was a great engineer that we all respected and had fun building projects with. We will never forget the honor of the national award winning Monona Drive project that he was so instrumental in making happen. He left his mark on the world with the projects he built.
