We always enjoyed visiting with Stan and Vivian whenever we could get together. This picture was take at Doris and Clyde's 49th wedding anniversary. Stan's retirement party was also remembered as well as many reunions throughout the years on all sides of the families. I'm so happy he has a big and wonderful family and enjoyed life to the full, going out to eat on Fridays then playing cards with us. I have greatly missed that these past few years since I married and moved south, but will always remember how much he enjoyed the good food and activities and company when we would get to visit. He will be greatly missed until his resurrection back to life on a Paradise earth along with many many others that have passed from our large family. I look forward to seeing Stan again as the Bible has promised.
(John 5:28, 29) . . .Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.
(Revelation 21:3, 4) . . .With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

To understand how Jehovah will deal with his faithful ones at Armageddon, it is helpful to recall what the Bible teaches concerning what God will do for those who die before that time of judgment. Some will experience a resurrection to immortal life as spirit creatures in the heavens, while others will be resurrected to the earth with the prospect of living forever in Paradise.

Our family will always be grateful that we had the opportunity to know Stan. He was such good company for our mother Polly in recent years - her "gentleman friend". I remember his smile the most - he was always ready with something pleasant to say. Stan was a person we all admire and we will miss him. We send our condolences to his family.
