Carol Nimlos (Malila)

Her smile. That is what I will remember about Carol. Our family shared many summer nights on the Hippen deck at Blackhawk and Carol was there for many of them. I loved to hear her travel stories and witnessed the love she gave to her grandchildren. I feel blessed to have known her. Big hugs from Kelly, Doc, Alex, Nick and Max.

Carol and I were childhood friends as were our parents. We spent many hours having fun playing together. She was a dear childhood friend and loved seeing her again in our later years when she was at Twin Lakes. She was a lovely lady, person, and friend. Janice (Aho) Gebeau

Linda, Amy and Becky: I spoke to my parents tonight and they are so disappointed that they won't be able to make it to Wisconsin to bid your mom goodbye. They have so many stories of the good times they spent with both of your parents. I'm sure that they will reminisce over these with my brother and his family while in China, including your mom's visit there for David's and Helen's wedding. We all have many fond memories of our visits with your family, and we will continue to share these, especially at Christmastime when we pull out our stockings your mom made us.
