To the Anderson Family, we will all feel this loss. Carroll was a very special man and cared for all. He was passionate about everything he undertook and followed it through to the end. I know that God has plans for him and I also know he won't be taking a break but continuing his service to the Lord. My sincerest condolences to you and my greatest appeciation for everything Carroll did for the Air Force, the Air National Guard, his country and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
