My sympathy and prayers for Raul, and my condolences and prayers for Vicki, Heather, Kim, Patrick and Christiane on the loss of a wonderful man, husband and father. Dr. Waters was a kind and generous man who I had the good fortune to get to know through his son, Patrick. Dr. Waters helped introduce me to Madison and welcomed me into his home, making me feel like family-- a trait he extended to many.
