Obituary

MADISON- Margaret Marie Baumann (née Homburg) passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at the age of 93. Preceding Margaret in death was her beloved husband of 53 years, Myron. Myron & Margaret married in Madison in 1943, and continued to live there until God called them home. Also preceding her in death were her parents; siblings; and many other cherished family members and friends. Margaret is survived by her loving son, Michael and daughter-in-law, Margaret; her grandchildren, Andrew and Nicole (Derek); and two great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Alice. Further survived by dear nieces and nephews. Heartfelt thanks go to everyone who helped Margaret with their time, talents and especially their friendship. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family or to the Hope Cottage Grove Cemetery Association. Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with service to follow at ZION EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2165 Linden Ave., Madison. Gathering & Remembrance to immediately follow at the church. A private burial will take place at Hope Lutheran Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com. This dear child of God is now an angel joining her beloved husband. She made an immeasurable difference in the lives of many of us. Without a doubt warm wishes of love and peace followed her to the other side.
