Rolfsmeyer Robert J. "Big Bob"

MADISON-Robert J. “Big Bob” Rolfsmeyer, age 43, of Madison, passed away on Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, unexpectedly at home. He was born on April 25, 1971, in Madison, the son of Carl and Janet Rolfsmeyer. Bob attended La Follette High School. Over the years he worked for The Pub, Pizza Pit, Licaris, Schneids and most recently at Club LaMark. Bob was involved with the Bullseye Pool Leagues for many years. He was also an avid Packers, Badgers and Brewers fan. Bob was a friendly, outgoing person who would do anything for anyone. He is survived by his parents, Carl and Jan; sister, Kristi Wells; brother, Ken (Vicki Bradford); aunt, Linda Joranger; uncles, John (Roxie) Lawrence and John (Nancy) Rolfsmeyer; and many cousins. Bob was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Karoline and Thomas Lawrence; and paternal grandparents, Louie and Alma Rolfsmeyer. Memorial Services will be held at DOOR CREEK CHURCH, 6602 Dominion Drive, Madison, at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, with the Rev. Cal Steiner presiding. A visitation will be held at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
