Balousek, Jason W. Sr.
MADISON/MCFARLAND–Jason W. Balousek Sr., age 44, passed away on Friday, Jan. 23, 2015, at Agrace HospiceCare. He was born on Jan. 20, 1971, in Chicago, Ill., the son of Marvin and Donna Balousek. He married Shannon Ryan on Feb. 18, 2009, in Rockford, Ill. Jason is survived by his wife, Shannon; five children, Kristin, Jason Jr., Sage Chi, Tobias Patrick, and Travis LeRoy; brother, Matthew; step-sister, Michelle and his parents. My name is Thomas Kannon.
I grew up with Jason, back in Matteson IL in the early 1970's.
It deeply saddens my heart, to hear my old dear "friend down the street", is no longer with us.
My thoughts & prayers go out to all the family members.
I have old stories to tell, should any family be interested of days on "Thornwood & Keystone".....
