I worked with Dick at Dairy Equipment many years ago, in the stock room. He was always a pleasure to work with. He had a great sense of humor surpassed by none. He was a master of one liners. Rest in peace Dick you will be greatly missed. Mike Brown

While I haven't been known as "Hokey" for a long time, a big part of my childhood was spent with that nickname thanks to "Pockets" , as I have always known him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I will never forget all of the great times I had growing up with the entire family. Margie (Smith) Rufer, aka Hokey

Dick was a great friend to my husband Guy Hatleberg, and therefore became a great friend of mine. He was a fun person to be around. We have many Vegas memories as well as throwing horseshoes. His kindness and sense of humor will be in our hearts forever. Rest well my friend.

We'll miss seeing Dick at Benvenutos where he liked to get on the pool of the week and have a cold one. We have only pleasant memories of him and your family will surely miss him. We never heard him say a bad thing about anyone. Guys like that are far and few between. Tami Rosemeyer and Phil Buzzell.
