Farewell ol' friend Ted. Our connection goes back to high school when we pounded on each other in those MG-Middleton basketball games. Then, a few years later, you crashed at my house at UW-Eau Claire, via a mutual friend, to my surprise. You did well as a Silver Eagle and Warhawk! Then, we reconnected in Middleton some years later, when you played with my rec hoops team (of ringers). I'm so glad to have rekindled old times, especially when you worked with my bro, Dave. More importantly, I'm really glad to know that your life was full after you moved to Arizona. Condolences to the Rogers family. RIP, buddy . . . you made a difference. My heart goes out to Mary and his kids. I worked very closely with Ted in the early 90s at Valley Big Brothers Big Sisters. He was a powerhouse and a good friend back then. I am saddened to hear of his passing. May he RIP. Teresa Bacon

I met Ted probably 15 or 20 years ago at an NSA conference. He was a mentor to me and tried to help me in my speaking business. I did not know he had passed, until searching for him to see if I could reconnect for an NSA event. So sad that he is gone.
