MIDDLETON-Timothy Jon Dalton, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2016 in Middleton. A Memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 6 PM until 8PM at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton where an informal service will follow. Memorials may be made to the Tim Dalton Memorial Fund, for benefit of Rodney, Jon and Nathanial Dalton at any BMO Harris Bank. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

Tim was always open to helping others, and often expressed love and admiration for his boys,
Ned, Jon, and Rod. Talking to Jon this evening, to express my sadness and offer support, I was struck in that moment by how much he looked and sounded like his father. I wish for them to hold in their hearts, Tim will always be remembered as a good man.

The lake will be quieter, the deer a little safer and our hearts a little heavier but I know as I look out at the beautiful water I will always remember my good friend.

My condolences to the family of Jon. May the God of love and tender mercies be a source of comfort to you during your time of grief. Be assured that the day will come soon when the tears you shed now of pain will turn to tears of joy when you welcome back your beloved from the memorial tomb as stated at John 5:28,29.
