So glad to have been able to spend Sunday with you Dewey. You were joking and smiling as usual. You will be missed. Please know that your daughters and granddoggies will be well cared for. Fly high my friend. Until we meet again... Mary Jo Markham

I don't want to even write this because then it's real.... Jenny and Nicole, I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. Your dad was one of a kind and you are probly gonna hear that over and over again ☺ I remember when we were all so little and our parents dated 😍 I only remember bits and pieces of that time but I'll never forget your dad. Or how he made me feel. I don't understand why this shitt happens to good people, I really don't. I just hope the family knows how much of a difference Dewey made in my life.... And my mom's..... and my sister's..... And anyone that attended Brooklyn Elementary School. ❤Holly Seals

My best memory of Dewey is actually a day I shared on their family farm. I played with my cousins, helped out a bit and got to meet his family. I'll always appreciate it because it was an idyllic day in the midwest as a kid, perfect from sunrise to sundown. Dewey, his brother, sister and parents and their loving hospitality, made that day a memory that I'll have forever. Days like that help shape the concept of family, thanks Dewey!

When I was the district driver, I could always count on Dewey for help, even when I didn't ask, he would just be there, pitching in. Dewey never said "it's not my job" or "I can't", he believed we worked better as a team, all of us, together we could accomplish more........... I am going to miss you big guy!! with love, Sherri and Scott Tarran
