Oh, my gosh, what a delightful person. Though we may "only have been cousins" in the Griswold family COUSINS were a special group and she was one of the shining stars. We were delighted when we were able to spend time together and many many memorable moments will remain with us. Peg was taken from us much to soon and she will be missed. Our prayers go out to Bob, Steve, and Robin and their families. With loving thoughts forever, Judie and Dale Kelsey

To the Family of Peg Thurner, My deepest sympathy in the passing of your wife, Bob, your mom, and grandma. Peg was so down earth. I remember when I was 14 that Bob and Peg would bring us bushels of baby cucumbers and tomatoes to our house so my Mom could do canning. She was a very generous person, full of joy and happiness. She would do anything for anyone. I will be praying for the family in this trying time. Thanks for the memories Peg. Jan (Hanson) McMullen

My deepest sympathies Bob. Peg was always so delightful when I would see her at the bank. My mother, Marie Whitehorse knew Peg for probably the 50 years that she worked there. Marie did her banking at McFarland Bank forever. She would comment on Peg's helpfulness and knowledge when Marie needed assistance. Marie just passed away on Sept. 12, 2016 at 89. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.
