So sorry to learn of Mark's passing. I worked with him at 1 WWSOB when he was working for the Dept. of Health Services, State of WI. He had so many ideas on funding issues & was frequently challenging us to "make it work". Mark had a big heart & I enjoyed working with him (& loved his cream puffs). Bonnie J.
