Brian J. Schantz

I have been Brian’s Manager at Creekwood Farms/ Daybreak Foods for close to 20 years and worked with him for over 30 years. It was a pleasure working with him for all these years. He will be deeply missed by all who had their lives touched by Brian’s. Daybreak Foods lost a valuable family member on the evening of Friday, November 3rd, when Brian Schantz died in an automobile accident just outside of Lake Mills. Brian joined Creekwood Farms in March of 1981, and was the kind of person and stakeholder that companies dream about. In 36 years of employment, he recorded zero tardies and did not miss a single day of work. His value to the team at Creekwood is inestimable. Brian was leader, a trainer, and an educator who was outstanding at developing individuals to become effective and knowledgeable employees. We pray that God will give you strength and courage in your time of bereavement. Take comfort in friendship, prayer, and peace in love.
