Jeffrey W. DeGroff

MADISON-Jeffrey W. DeGroff, age 58, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. He was born on Aug. 4, 1959, in Madison, the son of Everett and Margaret (Wall) DeGroff. Jeffrey worked as a mail carrier for the University of Madison.  He loved Elvis and BB King, traveling, and his dog Susie Q.  He also enjoyed the times he spent bowling, fishing and playing his guitar. Jeffrey is survived by his sisters, Kimberly (Todd) Toussaint and Theresa (Tim) Abing; niece, Danielle Rowland; great-niece, Triniti Rowland; and great-nephew, Tristin Rowland. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018.  Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2018, and also from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday. Memorials may be made to Rise Up.
