The State of Wisconsin and it’s natural resources owe a lot to the dedication and talents of Joe. Nothing but great memories of time spent working and playing with him. There is no way to replace him.

So thankful to have counted Joe among my dear friends, trusted confidant, and solid professional coworkers. His depth of knowledge was just as important as knowing when it was time to laugh! Sending blessings to Joe’s family.

Best friends Dad, who was always there for his kids. Loved this man, and so thankful for having him as a father like figure in my life. So many great memories, one of my favorites was golfing in St. Lucia on his son's wedding trip. Golfing on an island together and seeing this kind of smile on his face the whole time, is an incredible lasting memory to have of Joe Pa. Love you Sir, will always be there for your family.

Joe was a kind, loving, helpful person who put others first. I was a young guy in the Delta Chi Fraternity in 1993 and I remember him very well working with us at the Chapter house often. He was always a welcome face and up for a few beers! He will be missed greatly. RIP Brother Joe.
