I had the tremendous opportunity to meet and get to know Jerry via The Befriender training class at McFarland Lutheran church. For 16 weeks Jerry shared his life and all the wonderful things he had experienced in his year's. What a wonderful human being and kind hearted Gentleman you are. I am grateful for the opportunity to have gotten to know you and I have the utmost respect because you never swelled on the negatives but rather chose to focus on all the beautiful things this world has to offer. Jerry, you have been in my prayers every day and I woll always remember ypur wpnderful smile, ypur hugs, and ypur gracipus demeanor. You are a very specials Jerry McCann and we are all better for having known you. God Bless you Jerry and rest in peace! Steve Schoenberger

Jerry was without a doubt the BRAVEST MAN I have ever known. He endured years of different
devastating illnesses that left him weak and in immense pain. He fought for so many years because of
his LOVE for his family. He wanted to always be their for them and wanted to welcome the birth of
his grandchild.
When Jerry did feel good he took his wife on a motorcycle trips and flew often to visit his two daughters. There was no stopping him and he LIVED every second of his life to the fullest.
I remember laughing at his HUMOR comical or with a hard edge, he did it his way always.
Jerry was a GOOD HONEST MAN who loved his
many many friends, He loved God and did many acts of Charity for others, but his LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY especially Margaret was Jerry's
greatest Legacy.

Jerry McCann was a lovely and lively man who I will remember fondly. He was generous and warm, and incredibly strong. My heartfelt condolences to the McCann and Lewandowski families.
