Dear Patty and Kathy and families, I was so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was a real inspiration and one of the first DIY'ers before that became popular. Patty, I remember the dress she made you for 8th grade graduation. It was the cream puff material, and my mom made the same pattern for me, except your mom put smocking on yours and mine had lace...funny the things you remember!
