Obituary
PRAIRIE DU SAC-James Arthur, 12 weeks old, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, peacefully at home. He was born on July 23, 2018, the son of Jarrod and Michelle (Acker) Vande Hey. James loved snuggling and adored being held by his big sister. James is survived by his parents; sister, Abigail; great-grandmother, Ruth Acker; grandparents, Tamara Vande Hey and Joan and Mark “Rocky” Acker; aunts and uncles, Jereme Vande Hey, Jason and Jessica Vande Hey, Mark and Tara Frey, Joel and Dana Vande Hey, Adam and Jennifer Schmidt, Wesley and Brittany Acker, and Ramsey and Lyndsey Acker; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Vande Hey; and cousin, Rylan Schmidt. A Funeral Service will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, with Father Tom Kelley presiding.
