Rev. Dr. Jon Charles Schultz

Jon was one of the kindest, most open and humble people I’ve ever know. He became my pastor when I was 13 years old and in a sense he never stopped. He confirmed me, preached my ordination sermon and his were the first hands on my head during the laying on of hands. He had the great good sense to marry Rheda and together they raised a wonderful family. I miss him dearly. ❤️ Lisa D. Schoenwetter

Jon was a source of inspiration, a man of good humor, and strong Christian faith. I considered him and Rheda to be very special friends during my years in Madison at Plymouth UCC. His presence was always a privilege, and we are grateful that God has shared him with us.
