Obituary
POYNETTE– Arthur “Skeet” Stehr Jr., age 83, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 17, 2020. He was born on April 11, 1936, in Madison, the son of the late Arthur and Roberta (Halley) Stehr.
Skeet owned and operated Woodland Heating until his retirement. In his younger years, Skeet was one of the founding members of the Capital Ski Team. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. During his retirement he enjoyed restoring and repairing classic cars and trucks.
Skeet is survived by his significant other of 44 years, Joan Nash; children, David Stehr, Terry Stehr, and Kris Busche; step-children, Bill Nash, and Terri (Ernie) Marroquin; grand-children, Justin (Becky) Young, Erika Nash, Tyler (fiancé Becky) Nash, and Zack Marroquin; and three great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Dear Joan and family,
We were so sad to hear of your loss. Even though it has been ages since we saw you, Skeeter and the kids we remember fondly all the fun times on Lake Wisconsin snowmobiling and going out to eat. Plus getting together when we all lived in Middleton.
