Eileen “Elly” Louise Sutton, age 79, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 12, 1940, in Prairie Du Chien, the daughter of Everett and Luella (Jones) Moore.
Elly radiated joy and kindness, and always had a smile to share with everyone she met.
Elly is survived by her husband, Vern; daughter, Julie (Jim) Sausen; sons, Mark (Dawn) Sutton and Brad Sutton; granddaughters, Jessica Sausen, Ciara Julie Sutton and Ashley Sutton; and grandsons, Zachary Sausen and Bradley Sutton. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Scott Sutton; brothers, Leland Moore, Loren Moore and Freddy Moore; and sister, Monna Tuffley.

I will truly miss this beautiful angel in heaven! Ellie was one of the first people my family met at church and she was incredibly welcoming, sweet, kind and always smiling and had kind words for all of us. I had the pleasure and opportunity to meet and become friends with her daughter and granddaughter as well. Ellie you raised beautiful women because you are a beautiful woman! Elly was such a light on this earth. So full of positivity and selflessness. Her laugh will always be heard. Her faith was amazing and her example more so. We will miss you but this isn’t goodbye.
