Really sad to hear about your dad’s passing. We had some great times together especially on the golf course travels to Pinehurst and the Dominican Republic. Bill, Bob Thrash, Art Paschal and I played golf together every Saturday and Sunday for over 20+ years at Westfield CC . We usually had the first starting time because we played so fast nobody wanted to play in front of us. Was sorry he left for Florida,. It is a great pic you posted of your dad. It is exactly the way I remember him. Joe Hastings

Greg, I met your Dad in 1966 in Denver. My late wife and I met you and your sister in early 1967. Great memory.! Bill and I worked closely together until your family moved to Cincinnati. Then the to Westfield before moving to Florida. We were good friends many years. The world lost a good person. My prayers are with all of you. Terry Haskins.

We are so sorry to hear about Bill passing away. He was a wonderful man. We were neighbors of Jan and Bill in Fitchburg. Bill always had a smile on his face and was a joy to be around. He was so proud of his family. Golf was often a topic of conversation because of our shared love of the sport. Bill was smart, he was friendly, he was funny, and he will definitely be missed. Rest In Peace. Rhonda and Dan Dunn

Carol and I were sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I had spoken to hm earlier this year and knew he was not doing well but it was the typical Bill, taking all in stride. I worked with Bill at Westfield and Carol and I did a number of trips to Europe with he and Janet. We credit our love of travel to them by "taking us along". Our last trip with them was our most memorable when we rented a villa on Lake Como and almost got Bill to cook. An avid golfer and "charter" member of our Arizona Insurance open, he always brought a great game and a great smile. We've lost a good friend and he will be missed.
