Gary and I send our sympathy, love and prayers to the entire Horstmeier family. We enjoyed the time spent in the past with "Mr. Horstmeier" (haha - always called him that!). He was a wonderful man.

Where do I begin? The Novara’s and the Horstmeier’s! Growing up with you guys was the best! It was such an easy going, fun time being “feral kids” with you. Hopefully our parents are together reminiscing about that time. I loved your mom and dad like my own. Thinking of you all. Julie

I am so deeply sorry for the loss of Paul, he was a fantastic man to work with to know and to just be around. His heart was as big as his stature and he treated people respectfully no matter what the circumstances were. I had the honor of working with Paul at the Traffic Department and the Sheriff's Office. I for one am forever grateful for knowing and working with Paul. He was really a great person.!
