BROOKLYN - Jack Michael Zander Sr., age 72, of Brooklyn, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, at his residence. He was born on Apr. 24, 1950, in Madison, the son of Anthony and Florence (Caravello) Zander. Jack graduated from Stoughton High School. He married Amara Nicolai Zander.
Jack worked as a cook for the Madison public school system.
Jack is survived by his wife, Amara; children, Jack (Jennica) Zander Jr., and Jacob Zander; grandchildren, Anastasia, Zach Jr. and Art; and siblings, Carol Kilian, Molly (Stan) Jerdee, Ellen (LuAnn) Zander, Bob (Jani) Zander and Christine (Al) Crahen; and other relatives and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tony (Jackie) Zander; and brother-in-law, Larry Kilian
A memorial celebration of life will be held at STOUGHTON VFW, 200 Veterans Road, Stoughton, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2022.
