Richard Alan "Rick" Johnson

Dear Stephanie and family, I am deeply saddened to learn of Rick's passing. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you as you grieve the loss of his gentle soul. Rick is such a treasure. The only solace I can gain from his much too early departure is, now he is fully restored and able-bodied in eternity. You know he is cooking and baking up a storm in heaven, and St. Peter is very lucky. It has been my sincere pleasure working with Rick, and you. Being a new volunteer at Attic Angels ; I knew rather little of Rick’s progression of his Parkinson’s diagnosis. What I did observe first hand was the spark of an obviously brilliant human being ; dignified and kind with an unparalleled and dedicated wife . Stephanie; you were more than an inspiration in your constant awareness of whatever gathering you found yourself in; while being ever vigilant of Rick and his needs.
