Jorgy was one of my closest friends. I met him and we immediately became friends when he came to work as a contract engineer for WI Bell where I was also an engineer. He was always willing to help if needed; he was just that kind of guy. I could write a book about Jorgy. I still have five bottles of his homemade wine that I will keep. My wife Shirley and I were friends of Jorgy, Jackie, and Mary. Our hearts are heavy just knowing Jorgy is no longer with us. This world would be a much better place if there were more people like Jorgy. REST IN PEACE, MY FRIEND! To his wife Mary, his children, other relatives, and friends: The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; The Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace. I knw Jorgy through CAP. He was a stalwart member of the Madison Senior Squadron Civil Air Patrol. He flew missions and contributed by teaching, doing administrative work and working with the Cadet Squadron. We had many good times and laughs, winter encampment/training at Pelican Lake, early morning flight sorties, parties and shared dedication to community. Jorgy was a friend and I will miss him.

"Jorgy" was a member of the CAP squadron in Madison (the "Madison Senior Squadron") quite a few years ago. He was always very helpful! Also, at some point in the early 1980s, when I called Ma Bell with a question about fiber optic cable being buried near my rental apartment on Lathrop Street, I got a call back from Jorgy, who happened to be working on that project! I am sorry I missed the Funeral Mass!
