Amy, Katie and Molly, condolences from John and Ann Dwyer. I (John) met Tim when I started at GE ARC a few years ago. Tim was so smart, kind and helpful getting me adjusted to Madison. He did love sailing. He asked me to join him one night for a race. Little did I realize I was the ballast for his very fun and aggressive sailing passion.
