MIDDLETON - Todd Allen Busse, Sr. age 66, of Middleton, passed away peacefully, on Monday, June 3, 2024, at his home. He was born on March 2, 1958, in Madison, the son of Richard and Beverly (Paske) Busse.
Todd graduated from Columbus High School in 1976. He proudly served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division from 1976-1979 and then continued his service with the U.S. Navy from 1983-1987. He was united in marriage to Lori Trauernicht on May 8, 2012.
Todd was a very hard worker. Over the years he was employed as a farm hand and roofer and also as a mechanic for Jiffy Lube for the past eight years. He loved being outdoors, fishing with his brothers and spending time with his family.
Todd is survived by his wife Lori; son, Todd (Abbey) Busse Jr.; grandchildren, Kade and Leo Busse; brothers, Derek (Jonie) Busse and Tracy (Patti) Busse; mother-in-law, Ruth Trauernicht; brother-in-law, Ric (Lisa) Trauernicht; niece, Kate Trauernicht and many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Beverly; sister, Jody Mae Busse; and father-in-law, Richard Trauernicht.
