I, along with everyone at Charlie’s Lake Metonga Resort, are going to miss the laughter and friendship Jeff and Michelle brought thru our doors. Their smiles are embedded in my heart forever!❤️

I met Michelle at the ROI New Jersey Half Marathon April of 2018, along with a bunch of other Type 1’s and families and supporters. She told me about her son Jessie and about her book and took my address down and sent me a signed copy of it. She was a ray of sunshine and a true advocate for Type 1 diabetics. I will forever remember our encounter.

Michelle was one of the first people I met after my daughter was diagnosed with T1D in 2013. I got the privilege of completing my first Ride for the Cure with her. I will never forget the positive impact she made on my life. Sending love and peace to her family.
