Brenda Lee Echeverría

I was very sad to hear of Brenda’s untimely passing today from another educator. I was one of the teachers that she helped with financial planning through WEA Member Benefits. I will miss her help and encouragement. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Over the years our financial planning meetings with Brenda became more like talking to an old friend. Brenda always wanted the best for us; she seemed to know us so well. She was very patient, always helping us to understand what may be best for us and planning well for our retirement. We so enjoyed the letter with the picture from Brenda of her upcoming retirement, and we’re so very sorry for WEA’s loss and her family’s loss.

I just found out from a rep at WEA of Brenda’s passing. I am so sorry. I only knew her as a financial advisor but I always came away from a meeting with her feeling so comfortable and secure. I trusted her advice completely. She was warm hearted and sincere. It was obvious she enjoyed doing what she was doing. I am sorry she is gone.
