Mary Jane (M.J.) Gogan

I only met M.J. once, a few weeks before she passed away. I spent a few hours chatting with her, and just knew that she was a woman of quiet strength and grace. I feel lucky for that too brief visit. My condolences to the entire family. K. Mukherjee

My Aunt Mary Jane Gogan was a beacon of light and grace for me through the tumult of the 60s and 70s. I felt a freedom around her, and she trusted me. I have very fond, warm memories of visits to Maplewood, we had so much fun! I will miss you MJ, thank you for your quiet strength, your humor and your art.

Mj was a wonderful lady. She was kind, gracious, intelligent, interested and interesting, with a fabulous sense of humor. She was wonderful company. We will always remember her beautiful smile and warmth and feel privileged to have known her. Love from Sharon and Kevin x
