Gary L. Case, Ph.D.

Sending my sincerest condolences to you, Lynn, and your family and also to Melvin. I always enjoyed seeing Gary and conversing. He always had a smile and a friendly hello. I’ll be thinking of you during this difficult time.

Gary and Lynn became friends while Nancy and I were in college together. We maintained this friendship for 60 years. Gary and I used to go Christmas shopping together. We were looking for gifts for our wives. Our favorite was at a lingerie shop in Hilldale. They served champagne and had models parading around in skippy outfits. Lots of laughs and good times but we never did buy any gifts together. Finally, I think our wives put an end to us shopping together. Gary was always fun to be around. He was very smart and a good friend. We miss him. Don and Nancy Walker

I have fond memories of Gary during our years together as Graduate students at UW-Madison. We played together on intramural football and softball teams, where he was a key member. He always had a friendly, pleasant attitude and was a joy to be around. He will always be in my memories. My sincere condolences to his family. Deane Galloway
