John W. "Jack" Storer, III

Dear Storer cousins: We’re all so very sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. Uncle Jack was a wonderful father, grandfather, and provider, a true rock for your family. We know how hard it is to say goodbye, but hope you take comfort in knowing he’s now reunited with your mom and Tyler in heaven alongside our Lord. As a proud 1950 alumnus of Penn State, Uncle Jack’s legacy reached far beyond your family. Receiving the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2019 was a testament to his outstanding career and his unwavering support for students via the Storer Family Trustee Scholarship. He touched so many lives, and that impact will never fade. We’re holding you all in our hearts during this time. His legacy lives on in all of you, and we hope the memories of his strength, kindness, and generosity bring you some peace in the days ahead. John Storer was our neighbor and father of some dear friends I made with their daughters Mary D and Carol. RIP you will be missed.
