EVANSVILLE - David S. Hanevold, age 72, of Evansville, passed away on May 9, 2025. He was born on April 9, 1953, in Madison, the son of Walter and Dolores (Froland) Hanevold. David married Betty Cramer on June 5, 1971, in Madison, Wis.


David is survived by his daughters, Shelly Hanevold and Sommer (Paul) Heimann; son, Dan Hanevold; four grandchildren, David Hanevold, Alysha Hanevold, Payton Davis and Oceanna Heimann; three great-grandchildren, Arlie, Ava and Jameson; brother, John Hanevold; and sister, Joyce Valdez. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; parents, Walter and Dolores; one brother; and one sister.
