Vicki was one of our son Henry’s first teachers. He was always happy when I would drop him off in the morning and she was there to greet him with a cheerful “Hi, Hanky Panky!”, ready to play (and feed him - as Vicki said, Henry’s best friend is whoever has food for him). And I was happy to be leaving him with someone who obviously cared so much for him and the other kids. Vicki was a great woman and she will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family. Please know Vicki meant a great deal to so many and made a big impact on our lives.

I worked with Vicki for the last 6 and a half years at La Petite. She became one of my really good friends and to most of us staff and kids we would say she was our "resident grandma" and would call her "grandma vicki." She mostly worked in the baby room, but the kids would have such bonds with her that they'd adore her through out her entire time with us. Even kids she didnt work a ton with loved her and would call for her. They also loved eating all the mints out of her purse. Vicki loved strawberry shakes and we would go together on our break to mcdonalds or Culver's to get some and she would also joke with me about my driving. We would sit by her suv and talk while she vaped. For a long while I would get to work on purposed even earlier just to hop in her front seat and we would just talk before we had to go clock in. Those were just some of my favorite times with her. I always think of her any time i see anything packer or brewer related. She also had some of the best stories. When i was in EMT school she would regularly check in with me and dhare stories from when she worked as a volunteer. Whenever she was sick so many of us would worry about her and if she missed work, i would call her and check in. We all love her so much. It is heartbreaking to know I will not get to see her again in this life time, but I know she is with her husband and sassy. I am so sorry for anyone how feels the loss of Vicki right now, especially her family.

I was fortunate enough to know Vicki for a long time, and she was friends with my parents. Later on, I was extremely blessed to work with her- she gave me my first "lucky to work with you" pin, and I have it to this day. The sky has gained a new star, in more ways than one... She'll be cheering on her Packers from on high! Our condolences to the family- Aryka (Johnson) Steve Narf- Elijah,Kai, AJ and Clara
