Dean was a man with a heart and personality larger than life. We was always the first to help, never asking for anything in return. Okay, maybe a beer! I have been blessed to have known Dean and his family for 64 years, I cherish every memory of him. Godspeed, Dean you will live on in my heart forever xoxo Jill

Dean, From the moment I meet you I aspired to be as good of a man as you were. Those shoes were too big to fill! You always treated me and my family like we were your own. I am forever grateful. Please rest in peace until we meet again. Much love and respect, Pat Murray

I saw Dean for the first time in 40 years in May, 2022 at the UW Service Building commemorative event. We had a wonderful conversation and it was so good to see him. Dean told me that he literally loved every day that he worked there. All 40-some years. Such a positive guy. My condolences to the family.
