I’m sorry to hear this news. I grew up in a house near Melvin when he lived on Milwaukee St. He was probably 7. We called him MelMel. Cute little kid. I haven’t seen Melvin since he was 15 years old. I used to go and cheer my younger brother on when he was a freshman at East and played football. Mel was on the team and though he wasn’t the fastest kid, no one worked harder. I hope heaven is wonderful for him. Sincere condolences.
