I knew Steve through WAPP primarily, and I remember him helping us implement DocuSign at DOC. If he hadn't helped us, they would probably still be carrying around reams of paper! He was a great guy, my sympathy to Cindy and family. - Cynda

Steve was one of my (very few) favorite managers from my 30+ years with the State of Wisconsin. He took a chance on someone with little purchasing background, coached and supported me as a team member. Steve was someone you knew was exactly the same in the workplace as he was out of it. One of the good ones.
