MAZOMANIE - Kenneth M. Bennett, age 90, of Mazomanie, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, in Madison, Wis. He was born on July 19, 1935, in Madison, Wis., the son of Marlyn and Mary Eleen (Munn) Bennett.

On October 10, 1981, he married the love of his life, Marilyn White. For the next 39 years they enjoyed spending every minute they could in the outdoors and perfecting their crafts and hobbies together.

Kenneth had a passion for woodworking and took great joy in crafting toys for his grandchildren. He was also an avid jukebox restorer and a dedicated steward of the outdoors. One of his greatest pleasures was spending time at the stables with Mikayla, her horses and cats. He also cherished quiet moments at home surrounded by family and their beloved dogs.

Kenneth & I grew up in the same Neighborhood & went to the same one room Country school together.. So I have many memories & smiles..At School the Teacher didn’t always appreciate him, but us Kids sure had a lot of laughs..No Ice Rinks back then..we all walked down to the “Duck Pond” to ice skate..back then the snow was deeper & it was colder..so we all took some sort of shovel to clear the ice..Kenneth would take a can of some sort of “Oil” & Cod Olson would set it on fire to warm us up..Then we all grew up too fast & life in the World took over..we were fortunate to be able to keep in touch & later share family….And..to my Nephews & their families I send my love and thoughts..We’ll remember a life well lived & smile..Hugs to all..Aunt Mary💕
