He was a great man and a mentor to me. He hired me at the Dells and taught me so much in the healthcare industry. His knowledge and personality were amazing! He deeply cared for the staff and the residents. He was like a father figure to me and will be greatly missed. He loved talking about his grandchildren. Always brought a smile to his face along with his daughters and Mary. Loved his stories. So sorry for his family’s loss.

Scott was such a joker! For our secret Santa back when we worked together, he got me very first Sal Frelick t-shirt! I still wear it!! Prayers to his family and loved ones. ❤️

Scott was our temporary Administrator at Mulder Health Care in West Salem. He was such a down to earth and great man. I am thankful for the time he was in the facility as he brought much needed direction and a sense of humor. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family during this difficult time.
