So sorry for your loss of your father, he was a very kind man. I grew up with Marilyn your mom, and we were friends for years after school. Anna Marie (Reed) Hallada.

John, his wife, and two sons were great neighbors. Their sons were close friends with my 2 sons in Cross Plains. John and I when we had a chance had solutions to all the local and world problems. Great man and he will be missed. Rest in peace my dear friend.

I was a good friend of your Mom Marilyn, we went to school together in Ridgeway. We had lots of good times together, and met your father many times through the years, he was a wonderful man and I am sure a great leader. So sorry for your loss. Paul and I had many skiing trips together with John and Marilyn and John and Paul other friends skied in CO many Marches! He and Paul were in the same Engineering unit. John was two years ahead of me in high school and we tried to stay in touch. He was a great person and everyone's friend, so well thought of. I feel blessed to have had a very nice visit "remembering" with him shortly before he passed and knowing him. Sincere sympathy on your loss. Joan Skalet
