MONONA - Patricia A. “Patsy” Bierer, age 94, of Monona, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Heritage Monona. She was born on June 25, 1931, in Madison, the daughter of Lawrence and Lillian (Stang) Davis.


Patricia graduated from Madison East High School.  She was united in marriage to Jack Bierer. She worked at McDonalds in Monona as a morning food porter from 1970-1977, and later as a food coordinator for the UW-Madison in the Gordon Commons Hall from 1977-1994.


In 1994, Patsy and Jack made their home in Delwood. She loved spending time outdoors, especially when surrounded by nature. Patsy was a devoted fan of Elvis, The Rat Pack and never missed a chance to enjoy Elvis impersonators. She had a passion for antiquing and took great pride in restoring antiques, as well as collecting decorative plates and shopping for unique finds.


Patricia is survived by her sons, Edward "Ed" (Patricia) Bierer, Robert "Bob" (Jennifer Drake) Bierer; grandchildren, Edward Bierer, Michelle Bierer, Amanda (Robert) Jarvis, Ashley (Bradley) Becker, Shanda (Levell) Coppage, Lee Glauner, Amanda (Evan) Taylor, Dalton Bierer and Dakota (Jarret) Trenkamp; and great-grandchildren, Lucy, Nolan, Lincoln, Emma, Jayden, Carson, Collin, Allison,  Elijah, Jack, Camila, Lorenzo, Julianna, Luca and Sterling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; parents, Lawrence and Lillian; and sister, Barbara (William) Woodard.


In keeping with Patsy's wishes, a private family gathering will take place. Inurnment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park.

Pat was literally my favorite since I was 14. She watched WWF with me and showed me how to get ornery when the opponent was winning. Lol. Taught me Euchre, was the beat mother-in-law. Pat always showed unconditional love for me. My heart breaks for all of you. She and you all will always have my heart, love and friendship. She blessed me with pictures and things she gave me to remember her by, plus many years of love. My prayers are with you.
