Obituary

MADISON - Travis S. Harrison II (AKA Fritz, Smooch, Bubba and Bae-dow), age 19, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, February 19, 2026. He was born on October 3, 2006, in Madison, Wis., the son of Tara Frutiger and Joshua Harrison.

Travis was a sweet, generous and kind-hearted individual who would do almost anything for those he loved and just about anyone for that matter.

Travis was a very intelligent young man with a vast knowledge of many things, and he liked to figure out how things work. He enjoyed watching UFC, watching and playing basketball, listening to music, and being in nature as well as taking nature in. However, his big passion was his family, close friends and his girlfriend, Natasha. They had a bond that can only be described as soulmates. The two of them graduated together last year from Capital High, Class of 2025.

Travis is survived by his parents, Tara Frutiger and Joshua Harrison; sisters, Ashlyn McRaven and Taylor Harrison; brother, Tristan Olson; girlfriend, Natasha Scott; and close friends. Travis is further survived by his grandmothers, Jeanette Frutiger and Barbara Mueller; grandfather, Sammuel Harrison; uncles, James Frutiger and Travis Harrison; aunt, Keri Burke; nephews, Ezra, Eylam, Esaia and Liam; niece, Kira; and multiple cousins.

Travis was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marc Frutiger; brother, Jaden McRaven; uncle, Michael Burke; great-uncle, Thomas Frutiger; great-aunt, Carolyn Hall; step-grandfather, Bryan Mueller; some great-grandparents; and close friend, Kyla Robinson.

There will be a private memorial/celebration of life for family and friends that will be held and announced at a later date.

Travis and I worked together. I supervised him, did my best to mentor him, and very much enjoyed his company. Such a sweet boy, very funny, smart, a good worker, he got along with everyone. I'll post one photo and I have more to share with the family. My deep condolences to those who loved him and all those suffering from this terrible tragedy.
