I will miss Ruth's quiet confidence, and friendship. I know the Schoenwetter Family through working at the UW Madison with her husband, Charles Schoenwetter, MD. Ruth taught me about blue birds, wildflowers, art/pottery, and enhanced my love of Door County. She was a good friend to me and my family. She supported her family, friends, and church. I will cherish her wisdom, light, and art. Much love to the Schoenwetter Family.

We extend sincere condolences to the Schoenwetter family. Ruth was a guide to me long ago in the Madison Potters Guild; she was a wonderful ceramicist and potter and a kind and generous person. It was our honor to know her and also Dr. Schoenwetter, two marvelous people. May their memory be a blessing and bring comfort.
