The world of bridge in Wisconsin will never be quite the same without Worth, his remarkable skill and bigger than life personality. I had the privilege of being an occasional partner or teammate and, more frequently, the challenge and learning experience of being an opponent. His lightning- speed deadly- accurate analysis and wry humor were often shared with the whole room . I never attended a chemistry class of his, but often wished I had. He reminded me of some the most challenging, feared professors that taught me the most. I will really miss him. Rest easy, you crusty, lovable old coot.
