Obituary


LODI - Ritchie A. Thorne, age 68, of Lodi, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at UW Hospital and Clinics.


He was born on January 11, 1957, in Whitewater, Wis., the son of William and Pauline (Crandall) Thorne.


Ritchie graduated from Whitewater.  He married Cindy Gray on January 21, 1983.


Ritchie worked as a Project Manager for American Family Insurance retiring in 2020.


Ritchie enjoyed family, golf, pontooning and fishing and was a huge fan of spectator sports!


Ritchie is survived by his wife Cindy; two daughters, Teresa (Kirk) Keller, and Tina Albrecht; son, Christopher (Jaci Kelly) Thorne; two grandchildren, TJ (Marie) Knudtson, and Patrick Kelly-Thorne; sister, Lisa Lambson; and brother, Gary Thorne.


He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patricia Travis.


Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON LODI FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 157 S. Main St., Lodi, on Friday January 16, 2026 from 9:30 am until 11 am followed with a memorial service. A celebration of life will be held after the service at REACH OUT LODI, 601 Clark St., Lodi, from 12 noon to 2 pm.
