Obituary

BROOKLYN - Mary Louise Waldron, age 73, of Brooklyn, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025. She was born on April 21, 1952, in Madison, Wis., the daughter of Einer and Vivian (Ellis) Larsen.


In her younger years, Mary was a dedicated softball player, and she enjoyed spending time with her horses. She also loved watching her son Tony's hockey games.


Mary is survived by her son, Tony (Judy) Caruso; brother, Le Larsen; stepdaughters, Tonya (Mike Quam) Waldron, Tracy (Mike) Alvey and Ashley Waldron; stepdaughter-in-law, Brenda Waldron; and step grandchildren, Cody Foust, Danielle (Dustin) Oler, Chelcie Swenson, Brittany (Hunter) Graham and Olivia Pax. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Waldron; parents, Vivian and Einer; and stepson, Tim Waldron.


A funeral service will be held at BROOKLYN COMMUNITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 201 Church St., Brooklyn, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.
